Our collection of Halloween books, perfect for reading and decorating during October!
The girls' adoration of books + my love of decorating, pairs nicely during the holidays. I like to keep a selection of beautiful holiday books on accessible shelves for them to enjoy not only reading, but also as a backdrop in their play space. Using books as art and décor is a fun way to incorporate the kids into a room's design. So as the seasons change and holidays come and go, the book shelves get mini makeovers. At the start I October, I swapped out their fall books for Halloween options, and I'm loving the feel. Don't worry, we're still reading the fall books too!
I have to admit, it's very hard to reel myself in from buying all of the holiday books. There are so many good ones out there, and it would be so easy to buy them all. But, little by little we are building their collection. Here are our Halloween picks from years past + those we scooped up this year.
