If fall weren't my absolute favorite, spring would be. The temperatures are strikingly similar (at least here in Virginia) on some days and both give me all the feels. There's something so wonderful about the new buds in the trees and the world coming back to a lush life of color. And I simply can't get enough of the blooming flowers.
One of our favorite things to do these days is to head out for strolls through our neighborhood once dinner is over. It's the perfect way to calm our little bit and prepare for bedtime. Not to mention, it's so nice to get out in the evening light together and soak in the fresh scents wafting around. And what better way to stroll than by pulling a wagon along? Greer loves her little red wagon, which was a hand-me-down from her mama and aunt Rynnie. If we're not moving or going fast enough, she promptly says, "vroom, vroom," to move us along.
Not only are the flowers one of my favorite things about spring, but so are dresses. Especially when my legs are tan, you know what I mean ladies?? As a mama I look for a dress that lets me move around freely. And I'm always a fan of some detail, like peek-a-boo shoulders and fluttering sleeves.
