Best of 2015 + The Pick

I've been a bit MIA lately, and I've missed you all! But, I must admit all the baby snuggles have been incredible and I wouldn't trade those for the world! Once I get into a schedule with baby girl, my posting will return to regularity. So thanks for hanging in there while I adjust to motherhood and soak in all these newborn cuddles!

So who can believe 2015 is over?! So much happened this past year, things to be thankful for, experiences that made us grow, and adventures that we want to continue. 2015 was a beautiful year full of happiness and heartache, milestones, and sweet memories. I don't want to forget all that 2015 held for us. So here's to a look at the bests from the year as the Hills dive head first into 2016 as a family of three :)

January was full of fresh starts for the new year. There were DIY projects and my golden birthday. It's also the month we found out we were expecting Bean.

Apparently in February I was all about baking desserts. Who am I kidding, I'm always about baking desserts! There were more DIYs and some Valentine's celebrating.

March was all about coping in our home. After the miscarriage of our first baby, our faith and marriage were strengthened as we leaned on the Lord and one another to walk through the valley. While it was a hard month, it was also one of growth.

April was a feel good month for us as we moved past March and welcomed a change of seasons and the warmth of spring.

We shared our favorite and best announcement in May! We were expecting a sweet bundle of joy in December!

In June, the beach called us its way, and we enjoyed the last part of the first trimester of pregnancy.

With plenty to celebrate this month, husband and I enjoyed the best parts of summer, from baking and berry picking to fireworks and finding out baby Hill's gender!
